Base Payout Rate: For mutual funds and variable products.

General Securities: For stocks, bonds, and general securities, Payout rate will be 10% less than Base Payout Rate.

Back-end Compensation: For 12(b)1 fees and trail commissions, Payout rate will be the same as Base Payout Rate.

Advisory & Asset Management Fees: Payout rate will be the same as Base Payout Rate.
