Registration Procedures

We have tried to make the pathway of becoming a representative of Workman Securities Corporation an easy one. Below outlines the typical process you can expect.

Request New Rep Kit – Contact Bob Vollbrecht at (800) 225-6465 or e-mail bobv@workmansecurities.com to request a New Rep Kit. Once you receive the New Rep Kit, you will find valuable information about the opportunity and the applicable documentation needed to begin your transition. Depending on the situation, a phone interview may take place prior to the New Rep Kit being sent.

Phone Interview is Conducted – A dialogue is started which gives both the recruiter and the prospective representative an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the opportunity. By the end of the dialogue, both parties will have a better idea if the new business relationship will be a good fit. At this time, next steps will be determined.

Paperwork Submission – Upon receipt of the necessary paperwork, the information is reviewed and follow-up questions may be necessary. Paperwork could include Licensing and Registration documents, Registered Representative Agreement and other applicable documentation.

Final Determination – A final determination and possible offer is extended after consideration of all factors.
